About Jennings County Pallets
Jennings County Pallets, Inc. is a second-generation, family owned and operated, wooden pallet manufacturing facility. Beginning in a garage behind their family home in the 80’s, Rolla and Linda Millspaugh incorporated in 1994 and expanded over the years to the current facility. Steve Millspaugh, Rolla and Linda’s son, grew up at JCP, working in almost every position throughout his life, learning the family business inside and out. Lindsey Millspaugh, Steve’s wife, came into the office with Linda in 2001. In 2005, after finishing college, Steve and Lindsey began to take on increased management responsibilities, and by 2007, Rolla and Linda largely stepped away from daily operations.
After 20 years of learning together, January 2021 brought the official change in ownership, and Steve and Lindsey Millspaugh purchased Jennings County Pallets, Inc. With the help of an incredible production team, JCP has successfully grown and expanded, with continued vision and goals for the future.
